Our thoughts and prayers will be with you during this most difficult time. Mr. Ben was first cousin to my sweet mama and she always told us what a good person he was, so kind and gentle and so nice. Just like his daddy! We were so blessed to have had such good parents who were part of the "great generation". God bless all of you.

Anita, You don't know me, but I know what your are going through. My Wayne went to see Jesus Feb. 17,2010 of bile duct cancer. It is a combination liver, pancreatic, small intestine, spleen, and gall bladder. He was diagnoised last summer. I am in Hospice therapy, and individual therapy. Take care of your-self as had as it will be. I still cry daily and still dealing with depression. I'll be praying for you and your family.

Uncle Ben R will always be remembered with such fond memories. He was a gentle, fun-loving, dedicated man who loved his family and friends without end. I will never forget his 90th birthday celebration and how he danced every dance. He had so much fun and was so full of life and energy. I know he will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Carol and I have known Mr Ben R and his family just about all of our married life, and considered him a good friend. I served with him in the Knights of Columbus and Manresa Retreat and always respected him as a leader and mentor. He was truly a very good man. Carol and I are out of state and can not attend the services. We wish the family the best.

Ben was a wonderful addition to our family, for 13 years we all enjoyed his love, his humor, his great traveling stories, his harmonica serenades, and he always warmly welcomed us into his home, he was a good husband and "golden years" partner to my mother, Beverly, and he will be greatly missed, we love you, Ben, may you rest in peace.
