Jean Ann: I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. Although I did not know her, I do know that she had to be an amazing woman to raise such a caring, sensitive and beautiful daughter. Remember the good times and pass along all the wonderful things she taught you to your beautiful baby girl to keep the legacy alive. Please know that you are in my heart and prayers and that I miss you.

Mrs. Sarah.... It's so hard to believe that you're gone.... I am so thankful I was at work when you visited us not too long ago. You taught me a lot in a short amount of time. It's very hard being at work because I can see you and hear you all over the bldg. You will be missed dearly! I'm honored to have had the opportunity to get to know you and to love you.... My prayers are with the Simmons family!

I am so sory for your loss, Gene and family. I loved Sarah and the times at CHS. I don't remember seeing her at the one HS reunion I attended. It is my loss that I did not participate in her adult life. She is and always will be in my heart. I can see her face, wearing the starched petticoats that were the fashion, with that shy crooked grin. We loved to go to basketball games - a pack of friends - Sarah, Betty, Laurie, Clydell and James. Farewell friend - I know you are in the embrace of God and your past pets are in your lap. God bless those who are left in mourning. (Clydell Morgan, CHS 1960)

Jean Ann, I certainly understand your loss and just know you are in my thoughts. You know that Paslm 30:5 says that weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. I had a hard time with this after losing my daddy, but one day I woke and things seemed to be easier and my thoughts were no longer about me but really about how how much better he was. This is something your mother has laid plans for for a very long time and think of the joy when she was able see the beauty of her Lord and take shelter in his temple. I can promise you that for us still here the days do get better. I love ya'll Laura Killebrew

When someone has given much, the more they will be missed. Ann loved her family and her animals and she was dearly loved. May all of her family find peace in knowing that God cares for you and has provided his word for you to find comfort (2 Cor. 2:3,4).
