Robert "Dale" Little, 58, of Ash, NC, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Dale was the son of the late Barcy and Lola Little. He leaves behind his brother; Jerry Little and wife Theresa of Wilmington, NC, his five sisters; Shirley Croom and husband Earl, of Elizabeth Town, NC, Betty Hewett and husband James of Ash, NC, Vicki Mintz of Exum, NC, Debbie White and husband Ernie of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, and Jennifer Coston and husband Chris of Reigelwood, NC, five nieces, and three nephews.
A lifelong resident of Brunswick County, Dale was a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed the outdoors, and was an avid farmer and gardener, but his favorite times were spent with the family he loved so dearly. Wonderful son, brother, uncle, and friend, Dale will be greatly missed and always lovingly remembered.
A graveside service was held 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 2, 2012, at New Life Baptist Church Cemetery in Ash, NC, the Reverend Avery Lumsden officiating. Special music was provided by Bryan Phelps.
