We are very sad to hear of Carol's sudden and unexpected passing... I so enjoyed working with her on the Master Gardener's home tours especially the one where she helped us decorate the Historic Jail Garden with quilts. Her beautiful smile and friendly personality made her a joy to be around and she always managed to made whoever she was talking to feel like
they were the most special person in the world to her at the time. We are so very sorry for your loss, she will be greatly missed.

I became Osage County Collector of Revenue the same year as Carol did in Cooper County, in 1994. I always looked forward to seeing her and she was such a wonderful lady. She talked so proudly of her family and we always had to share pictures of our grandchildren. God received an awesome angel. May God wrap his arms around her loving family and bless them with comfort and peace.
