A thousand words won't bring you back.
I know because I tried.
Neither will a thousand tears.
I know because I cried!

I met Joan the day she moved to Kinston and have loved her ever since
Haven't seen her in over 10 years (I retired) and have thought of her often
She taught me a phrase I never knew "I ain't studdin you"! I use it often with family. I had many conversations with Mildred through the years
Thanks for sharing the photos, you captured her personality in them
RIP Joan and God bless your family
