David,
I just cannot imagine how you must be feeling right now. It must make you feel better that he is finally at peace. However, I know how much you cared about him and that you will miss him terribly. I cannot be there today because I am on my way to Wisconsin. I will talk with you later on a walk.

Dad,
It broke my heart to see you go, I loved you more than ever told, you stepped it up when mom let go, I don't know if I ever told you so? I will see you soon this I know and will have a good time because you told me so.
The last 3 years we enjoyed the time, then God stepped In and said it is time.
I seen you suffer for day,s till the end and God said let it end.
Always in my heart, Always in my mind.
I will miss you more than you could know.
Your loving son
