Emma Belle Adams, 87, passed away on October 17, 2015 in Rogers, AR. Emma was born on January 22, 1928 in Gans, OK, to Daniel Otis and Pricilla Audra (Nimmo) Merrill.
Emma grew up in Gans, OK. She married Raymond Eugene Adams in 1952. They were happily married for 50 years. Emma enjoyed playing bridge with friends, living abroad, travel, and deeply caring for her husband and children.
Emma was preceded in death by her beloved husband Raymond Eugene Adams. Survivors include daughters Jerry Lynn Harrell of Tulsa, OK, Hazel Sharon Brewster of Tulsa, OK, Karen Lee Moon of Denver, CO, and daughter-in-law Sherry Adams of Rogers, AR; sons include James Daniel Harrell of Tulsa, OK, Raymond Eugene Adams, Jr. of Tulsa, OK, and Gary Merrill Adams of Rogers, AR; her brothers Wayne and Larry Merrill of Gans, OK; 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Emma is also preceded in death by her sister Hazel Harper and brothers Junior, Bud, and Jerry Merrill of Gans, OK.
