Jesse Leroy Todd was born July 3, 1942 and died November 21, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife Clarice Todd.
He is survived by longtime friend Peggy Teasley, daughter Dorothy Coleman; Rick Howard, David Todd, and daughter Cheri Fulk; grandchildren James and Chris Fulk, Stephen Sprague, Gary, Richard, and Matthew Howard, Ashley English, Amanda Todd, Heidi Matthews, Benjamin and Madison Cooley; 11 great grandchildren; brothers Robert and Mike Fulk and sisters Glenda Howard, Freda Gillaspey and Roberta Fulk.
There will be a viewing on December 4, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at McDonald's Funeral Chapel in Burney, CA. with a celebration of life on December 5, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Burney Bowl in Burney, CA.
