Mr. Clinton Edward Mullins, 66, of Dunbar, WV passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at Cabell-Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born in Charleston on May 10, 1949, a son of the late William Henry Mullins, Sr. and Runa Johnson. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Owens; an infant child; a step-son, Patrick Hanifin and a nephew, Edward Owens. He is survived by his wife, Judith L. Mullins; five children, Mary Ann Parsons of Charleston, Becky K Ramierz of Tennessee, Tammy Cleveland of Florida, Clinton “Bubby” Mullins, Jr. of Charleston and Beth Ann Mullins of Sissonville; a step-son, Anthony Hanifin of North Carolina; two sisters, Sue Stevens of Charleston and Brenda Honaker (Junior) of Dunbar; a brother, Bill Mullins (Judy) of Dunbar; and 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
