I am truly sorry to hear about Shannon. I was on Facebook and was in the process to send Sally a Happy Birthday wish when I saw Shannon obituary. My mother the late Luella White took care of Shannon for many years. She loved Shannon as one of her very own. I many wonderful memories of Shannon. Shannon was a beautiful woman and will be missed..

So sad to see Shannon pass. She was always treating ME like a brother....whether it be giving me a hard tome or trying to catch up. I pray she rests in peace.

Shannon, what a bright spirit in the world of challenges that she lead. I remember once, bringing her home with me from Houston to Dallas, we really had a pleasant drive, laughed a lot, and talked non stop. When I embraced Sally into my family, I got two new sisters with Shannon. I will miss, and always remember, her infectious smile.
