Rose will be missed.
When we started the Watkins Glen Farmers Market, Rose gave us her full support and came to the first meeting where we addressed the Village Board of Trustees to ask for permission to use Lafayette Park for the market. We were so nervous! With Rose literally at our side, permission was granted.
Rose was a great supporter of all things good for the village, a great organizer, a selfless human being.

I was so sorry to hear of rose's passing, she did so much for this community and county. She was a good friend who always had a kind word a big thank you for any help in her dedicated programs for the village. Every Tuesday the park was filled with people from all over to listen and dance to the wide variety of bands Rose scheduled each week. She was a dedicated Village trustee who helped so many. My sincere sympathy to the family she will definitely be missed.

Sorry for your loss to the Ciccone family. Your mother was such a wonderful beautiful lady. She always said hello to everyone. The love she had for her husband was so cute. They would sit at Burger King ever day and would hold hands. She made that restaurant beautiful. She loved my niece Tamijah since she was a baby. Always making sure to ask how she was doing. She just was always that caring. God Bless.

Rose we will never forget you dancing to Spanish Eyes in your high heels. You brought such life to our community. I will always remember your great stories about your life here in Watkins. You were this areas biggest fan and you never missed an opportunity to brag about us to tourists. You loved reading and watching CNN and politicking. How often you spoke of the greatest president we even had, FDR. I still wish I had a copy of your cook book so I could make some of your favorite recipes! Rest in Peace, my friend. Our condolences to your family.
