GEORGE A. WADE, 74 passed away peacefully on Thursday June 23, 2016 at Springfield Hospital. George was born in Tyson, VT April 16, 1942 the son of Carroll and Edna Wade. George grew up in the Ludlow-Tyson Area where he attended local schools. He worked at multiple jobs in the Sawmills, Woolen Mills and Construction. George loved the outdoors; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, family and friends.
George is survived by his wife of 45 years, Roberta; one daughter Michelle Green and her husband Steve, four sons; Keith and his wife Renee, Kevin and his wife Nicole, Anthony and his girlfriend Jessica and Robert and his girlfriend Celena; Brothers, Ira, Harley and Charley; Sisters, Edna, Blanch, and Rosie.
Also surviving are 15 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Ernest, Oscar, Sam and his sister Hazel.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside committal service at the Plymouth Notch (Coolidge) Cemetery in Plymouth on Saturday July 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM. A gathering will follow at the Wade residence, 764 Town Farm Road, Ludlow
Arrangements are in care of Adams Funeral and Cremations Service, Ludlow

Grandpa Wade was an amazing man. He loved to smile and rarely ever was mad. He loved everyone. I Miss him so much. I never said goodbye though.

We were saddened to learn that Uncle George passed. He was a good friend to my dad. Hopefully they are together again, coon hunting and fishing, listening to the Red Sox and probably having a beer or two. Our condolences Birdie, Michelle, Kevin, Keith, Anthony and Robert and the rest of the family.
