Wilma was a lovely woman, and the backbone of the Barbourville office of Appalred for many years. I admired her greatly and Appalred was privileged to have her as a staff person and Chief Secretary for many years. Jean and I send our heartfelt condolences. We regret we cannot come to the visitation or funeral.
