HAHN, Gertrude "Trudy" 98 of Englewood, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years William Hahn in 2001, brother William Ryan, sister Virginia White and grandson Dr. Greg Ballangee. Trudy leaves to cherish her memory three daughters and two sons-in-law Lanae and Bob Linkous, Sandra Fleming all of Huber Heights, Karen and Mike Black of Englewood. Also surviving are six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, special granddaughter Dr. Christine Ballangee – Morris and her husband David. She had been employed at the Hewitt Soap Co. for 25 years. Trudy loved to dance, bowl and play cards with friends. Private family services were held Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the Dayton National Cemetery. In remembrance of Trudy, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton. Her family would like to give a special thank you to Pat Fozo and the home health care personnel from Hospice of Dayton. They were excellent caregivers.
