It's been many years since I have seen you all but I have so many fond memories of Aunt Judy and all of you. I was so sad to hear of her passing. I know Aunt Bea and Uncle Phil are now reunited with her and watching down on all of you. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, Love , Kim (Ryan) Kesper

To the Wikel Family...we were honored to work with Judy at Monarch with the CHOICES Program. Even after she retired, for the 2nd time, she would always call checking in on us...in fact just calling a few weeks ago. Judy was kind to everyone she encountered. We also shared a love of our pets and both cried when she had to say good bye to her last dog. Her sudden passing was a shock. I lost my mom 4 years ago suddenly and Judy was such a caring support. She will be dearly missed.
