I am sorry to hear that Mike has passed away. I was stationed with Mike at the Marine Barracks in Fort Meade at the NSA. I remember Mike as being a proud Marine. I has finally found him on Facebook and the military site "Together we served". I had wanted to connect with him but did not get a response, Sadly I found out why, when searching online. All that knew Mike, know that he was proud and sometimes hard headed. A proud Marine to the end. Semper Fi Mike, wish I had found you sooner.

I am very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Mike was very friendly and enjoyed teasing at times, he was a brave Marine Veteran whom I met at the Stratton VA Medical Center. Mike will be missed by all those whose lives he touched. He dearly missed his beloved late wife Rose. Thank you for your service to our country. Rest in peace.

My sympathies to Mike's family on his passing, which was much too soon. I'm glad that I was able to talk with him at our class reunion, and that he seemed in good spirits that night.
