Carol leaves behind her very good friends Susie (John) Bricker, and Pat (Herb) Stimson.

I feared that Carol had passed away when I could no longer reach her by phone. We were in the Peace Corps together and I can say that she was a nurse who was loved by the community that she served. She and I became better friends after meeting again at a PC Conference at Kent State. She even came to visit me when she was doing a fall tour through New England. While I am saddened to hear of Carol's passing, I am glad that she is out of pain.
