Maria Miliano
Nanny was my inspiration because she always used to say positive phrases to me, like “God is good” “God helps those who help themselves” and “Slow and steady wins the race” I feel when she use to say theses phrases to me, she is saying “Maria life is not a marathon just take your time and you will succeed at anything you decide to do in life and remember God is there to carry you if you fall” Nanny would tell me when people don’t understand what you have been through in life, she would tell me to tell them “don’t judge me until you have walked a mile in my shoes” Nanny’s inspirational words and the memories we shared together will always be forever in my heart.

The two most important memories to me are that Dorothy was a very loving person, and her fantastic potato salad. Always when asked why it turned out so great, she was always quick to add "it's made with love." Heaven has now gained our master chef. Bless you Dorothy, potato salad will never be the same again! Love, Michael

Nanny,
Family get togethers will never be the same with out you but, you will always be there in spirit. You were and always will be the best Grandmother anyone could ask for. You were not only a grandmother to me you were also my friend. I could tell you anything and you never Judged me. For any decision I made. No matter what! You were my number one supporter. You have me advise and regardless of me taking it or not you never doubted me.
Rest easy and enjoy the after life with Poppy and the boys. See you next time I see you whether it be in my dreams or the after life. Love you always. Thanks for all you have done for the entire family. Xoxo
