KATHRYN A. HEASLEY, 98, passed away on Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, in Greenwood, Ind. She was a resident of Greenwood for the last five years, previously residing in Fort Wayne.

Survivors include her sister, Mary Susan Foreman; two sons, Richard (Sandra Bryson) Heasley and David (JoAnn) Heasley; three granddaughters, Erin (Sean) Booher, Kathryn (Engenio) Sanchez and Kate (Anthony) Clarvoe; one grandson, Angus (Jessie) Heasley; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde D. Heasley.

Funeral service is 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, in the Krauss Chapel at Trinity English Lutheran Church, 405 W. Wayne St., Fort Wayne, with calling beginning at noon. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity English Lutheran Church. Arrangements are entrusted to Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home.
