Ethel Marie Curry, 73, a resident of Weyers Cave passed away on November 2, 2016.
She was born in Pennsylvania on February 22, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Verda Kitchen Meekins.
Ethel graduated from Penns Manor High School in 1961. In 1990, she moved from Diamondville, PA to Weyers Cave. She enjoyed making crafts and painting.
On May 28, 1966 she married, Lesley R. Curry, who survives.
She is also survived by a daughter, Debra Curry of Mt. Sidney; two sons, Lesley B. Curry of Weyers Cave, Shawn Curry of Grottoes; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Patty McMasters of NY, RuthAnn Phillipi of PA, and Cindy McPherson of FL; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Frances Reed and Darlene Meekins.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm., Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Lindsey Funeral Home in Weyers Cave with Pastor Wayne Wright officiating. Burial will be at St. Paul Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
