Andy G. Neal, 65, of Genoa, AR passed away November 9, 2016 at his home. Mr. Neal was born November 3, 1951 in Nashville, AR. He was a bricklayer and a veteran of the U. S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Neal.
Survivors include his mother, Lois Neal; brother, Timmy Neal; sisters, Janet Brown, Darlene Reed and Jo Ann Barker; daughter, Andrea Holt; granddaughters, Taylor Johnson and Autumn Holt and great granddaughter, Caidence Phillips.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Monday, November 14, 2016 at the home of Janet Brown, 1645 MC 295, Texarkana, AR 71854.
Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
