My Uncle Gene was one of the kindest, gentlest people I've known. He never complained, and always had something interesting to say. I really enjoyed our conversations over the years. He and Aunt Bea were wonderful to my mother (his sister Willie Mae), and I'm so grateful for that.
I send my love to Aunt Bea, to Will and Dana, and their families. Blessings to you all.

Gene Darrell always had a nice smile and kind words for everyone he met each day. He and his wife Beatrice were wonderful neighbors for my Mom (his sister) in Moody and supported her for many years.
We are thinking of the family, William, Dana, and Beatrice and all in this sad time.
