Frances Jewell (Hamilton) Niceley, 87, of Louisville, entered into rest Tuesday, December 6, 2016, to join her Heavenly Father.

Born in Johnson County, KY, she was of the Baptist faith, and a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Wilton Ray Niceley, Sr.

She is survived by her children, Diana Hawkins, Sherry Bitely (O.D.) and Wilton "Bill" Niceley, Jr. (Joy); grandchildren, Charles Sayles, Jr., Mark Hawkins (Kimberly), Alaina Fitts (Jason), Adrienne Rollick (David) and Alexis Niceley; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Eula L. Thompson (Leo A.) and Rebecca Sue Bell (Carl R.) and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2-8 PM on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. Private burial will take place at Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, KY.
