Mr. Rainey pulled our neighborhood together. He was kind and giving; willing to share and do for others. He was very knowledgeable and could talk on any subject. Being a very independent person, he did things his way. He always said he had done everything he wanted in life and had no regrets. He departed this world exactly like he wanted. He would never have been happy knowing someone else had to care for him. Our beloved neighbor will never be forgotten and is so greatly missed. I am so thankful for all the years Mr. Rainey was my dear neighbor.
