I can honestly say I've yet to meet anyone else like Al. He was one of a kind and such a unique blend of characteristics. He was also the friendliest guy ever and when in conversation did not have a filter! That fact made for some funny and interesting stories. He was always thinking of others and wanting to help. I am grateful he insisted my husband meet Dr. George Manners as he became his mentor. He was a good friend to us and I will miss him.
