Henry Doil Flowers, 92 year-old resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away February 16, 2017. He was born September 4, 1924 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, he was the son of Earlie W. and Lena (Dunkin) Flowers. Many of his hobbies included collecting random items, fishing, camping, and most of all working. Survivors include his sons, Calvin and wife Kathy, and Terry and wife Ranova; grandchildren, Shannon and husband Tim Long, Angela and husband Matt Harvell, Jeremy and wife Melissa Flowers, Jennifer and husband Mike Murray, Aimee Moore, Chris Eisler, and Valarie and husband Eric Autry; great- grandchildren, Rylee Flowers, Blake Murray, Levi Murray, Kailee Flowers, Braidynn Anderson, Zain Moore, Jillian Murray, Lauryn Wilcox, Avery Flowers, Brady Flowers, Abigail Moore, and Ellie Flowers; siblings, William Flowers, Jewell Flowers, James Flowers, and Pauline Paulic; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by wife, Eloise Flowers; parents; and one brother, Howard Flowers. Visitation will be Monday, February 20, 2017 from 10 am to 8 pm with family to greet friends from 5 pm to 7 pm at Advantage South Funeral Home. A Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Advantage South Chapel, 7720 S. Pennsylvania Ave Oklahoma City, OK 73159 with Burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 8701 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73162. Sorry family for your loss. We loved Henry and Eloise. They were so special. Henry and Buff would meet us at the door every Sunday am at Covenant Fellowship. It meant a lot to my husband and I. As elder, we looked up to him and learned so much. He was so proud of his family and all they did. He and Ella will be remembered as Christians and saints in the Lord.
