Lorraine Alice Nault, 89, died February 20, 2017 after a brief illness. She was born on August 30, 1927 in New Bedford, daughter of the late Alice and Emile Labbe. She was the widow of Lucien Nault, mother to Doreen Patys and grandmother to Allison and Katherine Patys. She is survived by her brother Ronald Labbe and his wife Mary of Marion, MA and her sister Claudette Labbe of New Bedford, MA. She has many nieces and nephews.
Lorraine attended schools in New Bedford. She worked some years at Wamsutta Mills and followed that with 45 years at the Acushnet Company.
She enjoyed cruises, visiting Foxwoods and weekly card games with her good friends for many years.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 5-8pm with a Prayer Service at 7:30pm in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Dartmouth, 230 Russells Mills Rd., Dartmouth. Burial is private.
