Joyce A. Bissell, 77, of Hot Springs, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. She was born in Wabash, Indiana, on July, 14, 1939 to the late Russell and Vera Hoch.
Meeting her in heaven are her parents and her great grandson, Nicholas Cobb of Hot Springs.
She leaves behind her loving husband Jerald Bissell; children Janet Bissell, Larry (Carolyn) Bissell, Debora (Stan) Sharp, and April (Vince) Miller; grandchildren Patricia Farmer of Cabot, David Outler and Charissa George, of Sallisaw, OK, Renea (Kenny) Chrisman, Tim (Erin) Bissell, Caitlyn Bissell and fiancé Jason Hamel, Manessa (Michael) Martinez, Sarah Sharp and Justin Minyard, William Miller, and Jeremy Miller, all of Hot Springs; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; sister Margaret (Waldo) Knight of Warren, IN; sister-in-law Charlene (Joe) Story of Hot Springs; and several nieces and nephews.
A Gathering to Celebrate Joyce’s Life will take place at Gross Funeral Home on Saturday, February 25, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Joyce’s name to a charity of your choice.
