She was a member of Binghamton First Church of the Nazarene and of the Women's Auxiliary at the Sanitaria Springs Fire Department. She cherished her family. True to her vibrant spirit, she enjoyed gardening, bird watching, ceramics, crocheting and sports-Go Bills and Yankees! She was also an avid reader, puzzler and game player, especially Jeopardy. Her family extends their heartfelt thanks to the many caregivers who attended to her needs during her extended illness, especially the staff at Vestal Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
