Eddy, Vivian G. age, 99, of Holley, NY, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at her home. She was born on April 26, 1917 in Union Hill, NY. She was the daughter of Leland and Grace (nee Ades) Eddy. Vivian retired from Owens Illinois in Brockport. She also loved maintaining the family chicken farm with her parents. She is predeceased by her brother Ralph Eddy and is survived by many close friends and neighbors.
There will be no prior visitation honoring Vivian's wishes. A graveside service will be held at a later date at the convenience of her close friends and neighbors. Share condolences at www.merrillgrinnell.com

Sorry to hear about Vivian passing. I grew up across the street from her when she had the chicken farm. My parents had the fruit stand on Ridge Road. I remember her asking me to take care of her chickens when she had something to do. There must have been close to 4000 of them. Feeding , watering, collecting eggs, washing, cradling and boxing them so they could go to market. It was the best time of my young life. She showed me how to be responsible and caring.
