Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Christopher LeRoy White, 50, of Gadsden, who passed away Monday, February 27, 2017. Rev. Wayne Milam will officiate. Burial will be at Lawrence Cove Cemetery, Eva, AL. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.
Mr. White was a 1984 graduate of Emma Sansom High School and an avid Auburn Fan. He was a very kind and loving brother.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bobby Joe White and Delane White.
Mr. White is survived by his brother, Dewayne (Kimberly Hyche) White.
Pallbearers will be Billy Adams, John Minyard, Joseph Dykes, Alex Hyche, Kenneth Sitz, and Mark Ellis.
Special thanks to the 4th floor nurses and CNA's of Riverview Regional Medical Center and Dr. Debora Reiland.
The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.

Praying that you will receive the Peace that only God can give. Chris was a great friend as we grew up in Walnut Park. He will always be remembered for his kindness, even when I wrecked his Honda at the baseball field. Dewayne you will be in our prayers.
