Gene Paul Kuechler passed away peacefully early morning in Apex, North Carolina on March 3, 2017.
Gene was born in St. Louis, Missouri June 9, 1928. His parents were Emil Kuechler and Pauline Michler Kuechler. He was preceded in death by his siblings Neoma Kuechler, Emil Kuechler, and Alvin Kuechler. He was also preceded in death by his infant daughter Paula Kuechler. Gene is survived by his loving wife LaVerne McClary Kuechler, his loving children Marcia (Alex) DeCaria of Lancaster, PA, Susie (Tom) Roten of Reeds Spring, MO, Diana (Billy) Murphy of Jupiter, FL, Curt (Nancy) Kuechler of Huntersville,NC, Dennis (Melanie) Kuechler of Webb City, MO and stepson Brian (Anne') Bowman of Apex, NC.
Gene moved to Branson, MO in the early 1950's and was the co-owner of Lugene's Wholesale Gift and Souvenirs for 25 years. He and his wife LaVerne have spent the last 11 years in Apex, North Carolina.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 8, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Cary, North Carolina. A special Visitation will be held on March 11, 2017 at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson, MO at 1:30 p.m. with graveside services following at 3:00p.m. at Ozark Memorial Park. In lieu of Flowers please donate to the charity of your choice.
