My heart breaks for you all so much! I am thinking about you daily and though I didn't know your dad well Melissa, I know how much you looked up to him and respected him and always put family first. No words can ever help make the loss of someone we love better, but knowing how much he touched others and how much love surrounds you in this time of grief, can help begin the healing Alittle. The girls and I love u dearly, and always will be a phone call away!!

Anita, Melissa, and granddaughters, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. We are deeply saddened to hear of Jerry's passing.
I am proud to have been Jerry's IRS manager for many years. He was a dedicated employee that was conscientious and fair in administering the tax laws. My conversations with Jerry always included a discussion regarding his family and of course an update on his schnauzer.
Your grief will lessen with the passing of time. You must rely on your faith and fond memories both now and in the future. He will be missed.

Melissa, Paige, Lindsey, aunt K and Anita K,
You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you begin a life without the man who you loved and who loved you very much. It is never easy to make that kind of adjustment. However, lean on God, each other and your positive friends. You will find as you go from day to day, that he has left little reminders of himself with you. It may be in a song, a scent, something you see or touch. Whatever it is that brings him to the forefront of your mind, just realize that it is a gift to you and it will come at random times but oh how sweet those little gifts are. Rest in Gods promise that you will be reunited one day. I'm sending this note with love. I'm here if you need me.
