Pépère was one of the most hard headed people I have ever known, but he was also one of the most loving and charismatic. I have him to thank for my love of cooking. Some other fond memories include summers at the Camp, Christmases in the snow, boating, tubing, creton on toast with a mustard smiley face, powdered doghnuts at breakfast, fishing off the wall, roasting marshmallows in the wood stove, picking tomatoes and cukes for dinner, playing cards, tock, blueberry syrup, crepes, shucking corn, catching fireflies. And some of my more fearful memories of fending off the biggest spiders you have ever come face to face with on the boat or in the shed, hunting the bat upstairs, vacuuming the trillions of gnats on the ceiling after I accidentally left the upstairs windows open and lights on.... I will forever be greatful for our time together and will treasure these memories for the rest of my life as I show Edelynn the same love and sparkle. Love you always and forever. Xoxoxo
