My condolences to the Sloan family. I will always remember the countless stories Dan had - about any subject - all laced with his dry humor. There was a void created in Chanticleer Towns when he and Susan left.

Susan, Jerry, Linda and family. We were very sorry to learn the news about Dan. Growing up together in the '50s and '60s and all through our church and high school years, he was always an excellent companion and friend. You all have our sincere condolences.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all in this most difficult time. Even though it's been years since we cousins have gotten together, I have fond memories of the Dan and Jerry stories of misadventure that left us with hurting sides from laughing so hard. God bless you all,
