Margaret Pierce Brown, age 89, of Pleasant Hill, MO, passed away on March 13, 2017. Funeral at 2PM on Monday, March 20 with visitation at 1PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Burial at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Wallace C. Brown Sr., brothers Rex and Arthur Pierce, and sisters Bertha Williams, Noreen Pierce, Ruth Scott.
She is survived by her sons Wallace Brown Jr. (Nancy), Steven Brown, and Mark Brown (Terry); grandchildren Dawn, Bryan, Jason, Katie, Kristina, Sean; 15 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; brothers John Eldon Pierce, Dean Pierce; and sister Alene Wood.
Margaret enjoyed reading and spending time with her best friends Ann & Paul. Most of all, she was devoted to her grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

David Brown
I have very fond memories of visits to Kansas City when I was young and visits to Aunt Margaret's and Uncle Wallace's house are among the highlights of those memories. Margaret was always very kind to me and made sure I felt comfortable in her home. I'll cherish the thought of her always.
