Age, 87 born January 13, 1929 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of George and Isabelle Geiser. She was married Claude Goodman, Jr. in 1948 until his death in 1993. Survived by daughter Claudia Rogers, Son-in-law; Kenneth E. Rogers. Grandsons: Ron Rogers and wife Taryn Rogers; Russell Rogers; Randy Rogers and his wife Casey Rogers; Great Grandchildren: Ryan Rogers, Raymond Rogers, Gillian Davis, and Ryleigh Rogers; Nieces: Daurice Cody Shine, Debby Cody, Allen, Linda Aubrey Bramley and Darrene Goodman Bryant; Nephews: Lonnie Goodman, Jr.; and deceased nephew J. T. Miller.
She was a graduate of Sun Set High School. Worked for Roper Range, and later served as a manager for a little over 10 years for Manpower Inc, Dallas, Texas. She also helped her husband in the family music business: Goodman Piano Co. and Goodman Music Centers. She was a member of Rosemont Christian Church and attended Trinity Heights Baptist Church.
She enjoyed boating, which she shared with her husband Claude. They took many river trips and had cruisers at Lake Dallas & Lake Texoma thru the years. She supported her husband as he served in the Coast Guard Auxiliary. She and husband Claude lived in Oak Cliff for their married life. 12 years after his death she moved closer to her daughter in Waxahachie, TX, where she lived for the last 11 years. She had wonderful neighbors. A special thank you to Andy and Sue Gonzales.
She was preceded in death by her parents George and Isabelle Geiser and one Sister Dorothy Geiser Turner. She was a strong woman and fought to the end with a great strength from her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was truly a blessed and loved woman, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

I AM SO DEEPLY SORRY I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT LUCY'S PASSING. I WISH I COULD HAVE MADE CONTACT WITH HER THESE LAST YEARS. WE WERE BEST FRIENDS GROWING UP, AND I LOVED HER SO MUCH.
