My thoughts and prayers go to Fred's family. Especially to Melinda. I know I didn't know your Daddy well, but I still felt as though he was a part of my family with all of the stories I had heard. On the occasions that I did get to meet Fred, he was a sweetheart. I hope his family can find peace and comfort over time.

I know Fred is dancing with his wife! I know he is at peace and looking down on all of us. I know this because I had the privilege to spend many hours with him in the past few years as his home nurse and his heart was made of gold. Fred gave me a piece of himself, with sharing memories and speaking about his tremendous love for his family. It's not often that you find a tough yet gentle soul, and someone you will never forget, Fred taught me so much about life. Lori

Fred quickly became our best friend. He was just that way, with Fred and Trella we felt like family we would have done any thing for them as they would have for us. We had so many great times, too many to tell in this short note. We will meet you in the sweet grass We love you Fred.
