After retiring she delivered Meals on Wheels twice a month for over 25 years. She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Haltom City. She was a loving caring person and always put her family first. Lola is preceded in death by her husband of almost 61 years, her son Craig and three grandsons, Derrick, Christopher, and Jeremy.

So sorry to hear of Lola Mae's passing, she was my Great Aunt, My Grandpa Albert was as I recall her referring to him was her " Big Little Baby Brother" (He was a tall and strongly built man)LOL. Since I was little our family routinely attended the Coldewey reunions in Poth as did she and her branch of the family. I remember we enjoyed our visits so much, and I recall Lola Mae and Grandpa would be "characters, when they got together" LOL
Just know, that once again, there is another family reunion going on, where she is enjoying BBQ and a can of beer or two, with Grandpa, my mom, Grandma and GreatGrandma and the rest of the Coldewey Clan! LOL
Feel comfort in knowing that there are many tears falling from afar for your loss- as well as it is ours , but also know the memories we have of her will forever stay in our hearts.
She now will find true Joy !
We send our blessings and sympathy to all of her loved ones.
