I knew Charlie long before he even started working for MHVFD. He was a very colorful character. I can't begin to count the number of fires we have fought together. Always willing to help in any way he could. I know he will be missed. My deepest condolences to the Belanger family. R.I.P. Charlie. See you one day on the other side.
