His candle may have gone out way too soon but while he lived it burned like a torch.
If you ever got in a make-shift competition with him in his Ranchero,
you'd understand what I'm talking about. LOL
He was usually quiet but Jeff could laugh with the best of them.
A great guy, loyal friend, and a fun competitor... You da' Man Quinny. Missing you greatly. ~Rish

So sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. Our condolences go out to his family. I graduated with Jeff, but havent seen him in quite a number of years. We are missionaries in Guyana South America and we will be sure to have our church and all our friends here lift his family up in prayer during this very difficult time! Heaven sounds sweeter everyday!

Sorry to learn of the passing of Quinny the family is in my prayers.I am pleased to have had the opportunity to know Jeff. I played street hockey with him for nearly 10 years. I was always glad when I was on his team. In times that I wasn't it wasn't uncommon to hear him yell "I got scoots" to which I knew I had to watch my back. I will miss the sneaky little chuckle he would make nearly every time he spoke. Thank you Quinny for the memories.

So many MEMORIES:
A lifetime of laughs and smiles, a competitive streak of which I enjoyed being on both sides, a brother-in-arms - in sports - in life.
Jeff (Quinny) Quinn was a tremendous person I feel privileged to have called friend.
COMPETITIVE: I will alway reflect fondly upon our days playing hockey at the "Martel Memorial" and all the punishment I had to absorb when we were on opposite teams.
CRAZY: (This might of been our good friend John "Jack" Daniels doing. LOL) Playing horseshoes around midnight in a pouring lightning storm may not have been our smartest idea but to our credit we did choose it over lawn darts...
Which reminds me - My favorite "Quinny" SAYING: "Dumber than a box of rocks"
DEPENDABLE: Whether it was fighting off a wild dog attack at Raystown Lake, idiots at a local bar or opponents on the rink, I always knew he had my back.

Jeff was more than a friend. I love Jeff like a brother.
My heart aches from his passing but smiles for our memories.
My prayers are with him, his family & friends.
Godspeed Quinny!
Love, Your "Brother" Rick
(Aka "Rich" or Rishard)

Jeff's passing will leave a very empty spot in our world. He was the big guy with a very warm heart and soft voice. His sense of humor could make us smile on our toughest days. His gentle kindness will live forever in our hearts. Rest in peace, our dear friend.
