Shirley was our spiritual mother and an inspiration to serve those in poverty. In Colombia she worked hard as a nurse and training community health promoters. Her legacy among us never will be forgotten. Now she is enjoying her reward in glory. See you there Shirley.

As fellow missionaries in Latin America Mission, we developed a beautiful relationship of servants of God. His last words to me, she said in January 2014 in Miami: "God is not wrong." Once visiting Westover, she opened her house to me to stay there. His love for Latin America and Latinos was special. Rest, Shirley, in the arms of the Lord!

Wish I could be there to celebrate Miss Shirley 's homegoing! She was well loved by me and my family. I know you are rejoicing that she is
with Jesus now, but will miss her not being here. Blessings and prayers are with you all.
