So sorry to learn of this. Haven't seen Valerie for 40 years but we had some amazing times together in the Philippines and then when she came to visit in NY. Wonderful person.

Rest in peace Valerie. Thank you for being the person you were, the mother and grandmother you were, you were truly a gift; one of the most humble women I"ve known. We all love you and miss you...til we meet again...Cathie

To Val's family- you have my deepest sympathy. I have many good memories of us growing up on Dunklin. Taking turns playing in basements, walking downtown to shop or go to a movie, and walking to school. Mostly I am grateful for her friendship during those years and sorry to have lost close contact with her. You have my thoughts and prayers.
