Dear Chris, Cindy and Mark,
Echoing what Laurie said... Your Dad made Halloween such fun. I remember when he dressed up like a vampire and would jump out and give out the candy, it scared some of the really little kids but everyone loved his costume creativity. And our green witch faces and the witch hats he made, along with the nose putty witches noses...he could have gone into theater make up. I think of him every Halloween.
I hope you find joy and comfort in your memories. Your Dad and your family are in my prayers. May he rest in peace. Amy (Vickers) Lee

Dear Chris, Cindy, Mark and Family - I am so sorry to hear about your Dad... I will always remember the fun we had growing up on Speice Avenue !!! One memory that I always recall is how much FUN your Dad made Halloween, and the costumes/make-up he would help everyone with (the green-faced witch make-up) !!! I also remember that beautiful 1969 Pontiac GTO convertible he used to drive !!! I hated when your family moved to West Carrollton.... it was never the same in the neighborhood. I ended up working as a Dispatcher, and know quite a few old DPD officers that worked with your Father, and hear wonderful stories about him and the years he dedicated to the Police Department. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you !!!
