Elizabeth (Betty) Liska passed away peacefully at Cape Canaveral Hospital on April 24, 2017 at the age of 79. Betty will be lovingly remembered by her husband Charlie, of 59 years. Dear mother to Chuck (Maribeth) Liska and Joan (Joe) Fazzini. Beloved Nana to Tony, Mike, Kenny and Andrew. Loving Aunt. Betty was born in Brooklyn New York to Stanley and Edna Kozara and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1970 and Merritt Island in 2001. Betty enjoyed traveling in her motor home, cruising around the world visiting many exotic places. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Divine Mercy Catholic Church (1940 N. Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32953). In lieu of flowers donations to the Society of St. Vincent DePaul at Divine Mercy Church on Merritt Island or Health First Hospice at Cape Canaveral Hospital.

My sincere condolences for the family. May God strenghten you all and help you to cope at this sad time. Psalms 29:11 tells us that God will give peace and strenght to those in need of comfort.
