Randy Lane Hunkapiller, 55, passed away Monday, April 24, 2017, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born November 10, 1961, to Randle and Sue Jones Hunkapiller. He worked for Baptist Memorial Hospital for several years. He liked books, movies and music.
A celebration of life service will be 4:00 P.M. Thursday, April 27, 2017, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Bishop officiating. Burial will be in Booneville Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Beasley Hunkapiller; one daughter, Kalyn (Sam) Spivey; two sons, Lane and Jacob Hunkapiller; two sisters, Teresa (Bill) Green and Sandra Hunkapiller; and one grandson, Gabriel Spivey.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers are Hal Bennett, Mark Arnold, Dewayne Trantham, Bryson Woodruff, Brett Hughes and Harper Hughes.
Honorary pallbearers are Will Lowery, Daniel Pitner, Mike Bennett, Joseph Yates, Hayden Lassiter, Hannah Lassiter, and past and present baby sitting children.
Visitation will Thursday from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
