Born August 4, 1921, in Kennedy, Mn; passed away peacefully at home May 2, 2017 in Sacramento, CA at age 95. Daughter of Manfred and Olga Johnson. Raised on a farm in Minnesota, she met and married Al during the early stages of WWII. Married more than 55 years prior to his death; together they were well traveled and active in Shriner's activities. An avid quilter, she received much recognition and accolades for her quilts. Also preceded in death by sisters Eileen and Dorothy. Survived by children; Jerry, Ron (Hazel), and Janet (Mark). Survivors also include grandchildren David, Stephen, and Angela;great-grandchildren, Isabelle, Grahm, Casey, Evan, and Addyson; and many nieces and nephews. A private, family memorial is planned for a later date. She asked that any remembrances be sent to Shriner's Hospital or The Salvation Army.
