Spartans lose one of their biggest fans...
Robert Elvin Waterhouse, 67, of Mason, Michigan passed away on May 8, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and America Waterhouse and his two nieces. Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary Waterhouse (Floeter); his 3 children, Stacy (Ken) Wood, Christopher (Christy) Waterhouse, Heather Kilvington; siblings, Arden Waterhouse, Beth Taylor, Del (Kim) Waterhouse, Tina (Randel) Grove; 9 grandchildren; and 1 great- grandchild.
Bob "Pops" Waterhouse worked at General Motors for 30 years as a team coordinator. The family will remember Bob as a loving husband, caring brother, a wonderful dad and grandfather.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at St. James Catholic Church, 1010 S. Lansing St., Mason, MI 48854 with Fr. Kusi Cobona officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2017 with the Rosary being prayed at 7 p.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 S. Jefferson St., Mason MI 48854.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to St. Mary's Church Cemetery (Mount Calvary). Donations should be sent to St. Mary Catholic Church, 157 High St., Williamston, MI 48895. Memories and online condolences may be shared with the family at www.grbdmason.com.
