I knew Vivian professionally for the past 20+ years through the healthcare call center industry. Although I only saw her once a year, she quickly became like an old friend. I also had the pleasure of co-presenting with her, and we had a ball preparing. I will remember her fondly, and I extend my sympathies to her family and friends.

To Vivian's family,
Since I worked with Vivian at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, I had the dual opportunity of hearing the on-going glorious stories of her dear family, but also getting to meet you. Her picture in the paper speaks a thousand words!
I was on her group interview committee of five administrators when she applied for one of our three Evening Nursing Supervisor positions. Ten minutes into the interview, I thought "Why are we doing this? She is perfect." The decision was unanimous and we offered her the position 30 minutes after the interview. Vivian was perfect! Her professionalism, clinical knowledge, wisdom, integrity, laugh, and sense of humor gave GUH staff (nursing, medical, support) an outstanding role model. It was an honor and a pleasure to call her a colleague.
I am sorry that it was not possible to convey this personally, but it was important to let you know how she was so loved by all of us. Peace!

Ho Soo and I give our deepest sympathy at the passing of Vivian. It seems that it was only a couple of years ago that you moved to Maryland...not 40 years ago. Where has the time gone?? She was a super friends and she will never be forgotten. Thanks for the wonderful pictures. God bless and strengthen all of you.
