I was very sad to see Dick had passed away. I knew him from Hinky Dinky, I worked in the deli. Dick was one of my favorite customer's. We would talked a lot. I went to Hawaii and brought him back a dancing Hulu doll. He got a kick out of that. I wished I would have kept in touch with him over these last 15 years. My condolences to his family. He will break missed.

I was so sad to see this obituary. I remember Dick when I worked at hinky dinky on Vandorn in the deli. He was one of my favorite customers and we talked a lot. When I went to Hawaii I even brought him back a dancing Hulu doll, and he got a kick out of that. I lost contact with him and am sorry we didn't keep in touch. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and everyone that loved him.

My condolences to the Petty family. I have fond memories of Dick from the 1950's. I worked with him at Russell Stovers and he was my Best Man at my wedding. I remember he even talked me into going on an overnight fishing trip to Turkey Creek.
